DOMESTIC ORDERS

We ship within the United States using UPS Ground Service. Orders with in-stock inventory will be fulfilled within 5-7 business days (excluding holidays). UPS Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3–Day Select are shipping options that are also available for an additional charge. Please email us if you are interested in expedited shipping.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

At this time we do not offer shipping outside of the US. To arrange international delivery, we recommend using a freight forwarding company that will shop to your country. Please note customers are responsible for all import taxes, duties, carrier fees and customs declarations.

FURNITURE ORDERS

All furniture will need to be shipped by truck or common carrier. To upgrade to White Glove please email or call us and we’ll quote you the exact price. Carrier tracking information will be provided once shipped. Transit times vary depending on product and location.

LEAD TIMES

We update our website with estimated shipping time frames as often as possible. Please note that all lead times are approximate and are subject to change. Should this occur, you will be notified of changes to the item(s) in your order. Lead times are strictly quoted as production time only and do not include transit time. Please allow an additional 2-4 weeks for delivery. If multiple items are ordered together, the full order will ship once all items are completed. To check the status of your order at any time, please call or email.

BACKORDERS

You will be notified via email at the time of your order if an item is not in stock. We will try to give you an approximate ship date at that time. We make every attempt to keep our items in stock, but due to the unique nature of much of our inventory, product availability is not always a guarantee. Please accept our apologies if an item is sold out and no longer available.

BACKORDERED ITEMS

The Built team works hard to update our site often to reflect the most accurate stock and estimated shipping time frames. Changes to an estimated shipping time frame attributed to a delay in production may occur and are subject to change. Our team will notify you of any changes to the item(s) in your order and ship any available items. Furniture orders cannot be canceled due to a backorder. Once an order is created, it is sent to the manufacturer. A cancellation cannot be processed once the manufacturer has confirmed the order.
